We waited for an hour at the Ft. Lauderdale airport for a shuttle and then waited in line for another 45 min at NextCar for a car. Then they told us we were past our 1-hour grace period and refused to rent us a car or refund our money. There were only about 10 cars in their lot and dozens of customers in line, many of whom were ripped off like we were. They did not have enough cars and kept denying people rentals so they could keep the money they had already paid.
