Booked a vacation rental through Newman Hospitaity. Reported issues upon arrival with photos. Received a response 18 hours later with offer to send out a repair person. Due to our schedule we refused the repair visit but wanted documentation that we reported the damage to prevent charges to us. Property did not appear to be cleaned per "covid protocols" which each guest is charged $250 for. 2 days later my pet choked on a piece of debris and we noticed that every room was filthy including shoes left behind, dirty bandaids and dryer sheets. We reported this and after no response for hours we decided to leave and requested a refund. Zero compensation or refund was issued.
