See timeline of emails I've sent to below email services from July 6, 2022
- August 15, 2022 and received NO resolution or response from the Club or Club Manager which prompted to write this complaint.
- I sent an email to [protected]@news. mysportsclubs.com on July 6, 2022.
- Received a response from [protected]@nysc.com on July 12, 2022, CC on the email [protected]@news. mysportsclubs.com & Jessica. [protected]@newyorksportsclubs.com. I responded the same day to all emails mentioned.
- I followed up on July 15, 2022, July 15, 2022, July 24, 2022. NO response.
- [protected]@nysc responded on July 27, 2022 by informing Jessica. [protected]@newyorksportsclubs.com to respond back to me.
- I followed up on August 8, 2022 since after 1+ month of NO response from the club manager.
- [protected]@nysc responded on August 12, 2022 by informing Jessica. [protected]@newyorksportsclubs.com again to respond back to me.
- Last email I sent to all above emails on August 15, 2022 of any update.
- I have NOT received any response from the club or member services. NO escalations of any kind have been taken from member services. NO response from the club manager.
Desired outcome: - Immediate Annual Fee Refund of $73.14.- Reprimand & possible disciplinary action/documentation of member services & club manager.
