If a business in New York did business like the N.Y. Lottery does business, the business would be closed and the principals given 10 to 20 years in jail for screwing the public. Period.

Went to the store at 50W sunrise highway to play some numbers in the morning. My tickets came to 3.00. I gave him 8 quarters, 9 dimes and 2 nickels. He told me he can not take any coins except quarters because the lottery people will charge him. Why would they charge him if the money is still being paid. So I am unable to play because I have nickels and dimes?

Went to the same deli numerous time and was told after the cashier looked at my playing sheet that the machine was not working now. I asked why does he do this after looking at my sheet not before. told me to report him then.
