New York Family Court is a secret star chamber court where all the judges, magistrates, clerks and staff are either closeted ###, lesbians, pedophiles, pissed off minorities, or other types of society's losers, all led by communist jews. The biggest ### in there is Support Magistrate Cheryl Weir-Reeves who embodies all of these horrific traits - she is an angry black woman who purposefully adjourns/delays your hearings for years to increase your damages and avoid dealing with the law and issues in violation of the sixth amendment right to a speedy trial, ignores motions made by men, threatens incarceration and jail time against innocent impoverished men every chance she gets in violation of the fifth amendment right to due process, ignores the law in violation of every constitutional amendment, tries to get the man’s lawyers to quit so they have no legal representation in violation of the sixth amendment, verbally abuses men, and overly favors women even if the man goes bankrupt and the woman is a ### like her. She is heavily corrupted and is on the take by Feminazi special interests groups like Sanctuary for Families. The place is f*****g hell on earth. There are no civil, human, or constitutional rights as all decisions are made under the cover of “the best interests of the child.” However if you are on the wrong side of the judge in that court, even if you present a picture of your child’s severed head at the hands of your ex-spouse, they will still rule against you. The only solution is to open up this court to the public, or a raid by the FBI.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I would do anything in the world to make sure that the epic piece of [censored] named CWR, is dismissed from the court and never heard from again.

E estado frente a ese magistrado 4 veces y no hace otra cosa más que cambiar mi caso hasta por 3 meses y me manda a callar y no deja que yo represente mis pruebas, me dijo que no le importa que yo tenga más hijos que mantener que si debo dormir en la calle que lo haga que no le importa, no siente nada por los hombres no tiene sentimientos ella no debe estar en una corte de familia
Nearly all the comnents about Reeves are correct. She is rude, mean-spirited and heartless. I appearedwith my friend who has Lou Gehrig’s desease and she had trouble hearing him and said“He’s inaudible, I can’t hear him. Get him out of here”. She should not be in family court as she has no feeling for people
Ive been in front of this Magistrate 3 times. The first time she adjourned, the second time she was a no-show, and the third time she was present but adjourned my case for 3mths, then again for 2mths. So far, she has proven to me that she has no interest in resolving this situation quickly, yet drags it out until I'm assuming the Petitioner (me) gives up. Dont get into law if you are not going to uphold the robe and bench. Magistrate Troy is awesome, he gets down to business and is no nonsense; you're in/out with results. I only pray my follow-up with Weir-Reeves next week results in a positive outcome.
