New York EZ PASS review: Tolling and customer service

Everytime I speak to them about violations because they CANNOT read or determine my fleet has NEW JERSEY EZPASS tags, I get fines.

Then I get violations and penalties.

EVERY VEHICLE HAS A TAG! NONE OF MY VEHICLES IS WITHOUT A TAG.

New Jersey Ezpass cannot help.

As ALWAYS, NEW YORK customer service is garbage and has always been garbage.

The most disrespectful people you can imagine.

Dealing with them makes me want to take my business elsewhere.
