New Jersey Turnpike Authority review: Repeated invoices for toll violations for car I no longer own

Since early March, I've received repeated notices of toll violations for a license tag that I gave up when I turned the car in on a new lease in 2016. I've been to DMV and have list of registered owners since 2016 up until 2021 when the car was put up for auction. The photo on the invoices is clearly not the car I ever owned.

I've sent all documented information requested and still I'm being hounded for repeated payment. This week I received a collection notice for one of the invoices. How do I end this harrassment?
