Merrimack Valley Roofing had a serious payment and oversight dispute connected to a public work project involving D.L. King & Associates and NHDOT. In our experience, the process did not provide the transparency or accountability that subcontractors should be able to expect when payment issues arise on state work. We believe subcontractors should document everything carefully before working on projects tied to this agency or its contractors.
