Neutral Tandem review: Spam calls - bait/click calls

For months I have been receiving calls almost daily from always different phone #’s - usually different area codes. I have automatic answering if # not recognized which ask who and reason for calling. They then leave an automatic voice/text message stating: “, has sent you an automated notification about the payment of 1099 for your iPhone 17 Pro. If you recognize this charge, no further action is needed. If you have questions or did not authorize this payment, please connect with our customer support team.” This surely is unlawful. I have not, of course, and would never return this call or answer it. I always block the #, but they just call from another. Can you please stop this? Or advise me what else I can do to stop this.
