tentei entrar em minha conta neteller vinculada a este email e não consegui acesso, pois a conta constava como cancelada permanentemente, todos os procedimentos de segurança foram feitos e ativados, documentos e comprovante de endereço e o cartão de crédito Net+, porém a conta foi cancelada e não houve nenhum email informando o motivo ou qualquer outra razão, em contato pelo telefone da região Brasil, a atendente Gisele me informou que não descobriu o motivo para que a conta tivesse sido fechada, gostaria de reaver a conta, pois não havia dinheiro pois eu estava juntando para poder posteriormente fazer o saque, agora que possuo quero guardar em minha carteira virtual e para poder sacar.
Foram abertas reclamações no suporte neteller e não resolveram e no ombudsman, aguardando resposta.

Be warned, do not trust Neteller with your money.I had £3000 stolen from my account in several unauthorised transactions. Neteller denied their security was breached and practically accused my husband and I of some kind of scam. Avoid at all cost they are not to be trusted.
I am noy sure why they. didn't take my id proof. and I jave $250 in my neteller that I want to transfer to another account.

Hi, everyone! I want to warn that after you take the withdrawal from the company www.neteller.com, they start to take monthly fee. And they didn’t warn me about these fees and in result I wasted large sum. But the customer services behaved completely dishonest and refused to return anything back. As well as the rep spoke in very impolite manner with me.
Without any reason they disabled my account and even i have called thousand times, they used to keep me in hold and due to that i have lost around 50 USD just for calling them . They did not want to respond properly. I have seen many complaints which is similar to me. Please take a necessary action to solve our issue. Thanks in advance
That is very true! i am actually facing the same issue with them! their virtual card does work well! when i ask for a refund.. they seem rude and even ended the conversation on live chat without waiting for my response! and they even said there is no time frame for the refund which meant it can take weeks.. months.. years! they are just an scam company i think! when i will get my bank statement.. i will fire them if they do not refund the first top up i made which they said it was decline when their system sent me a mail and said they were successfully received it !
