Net10 Wireless - discontinuing service

Ref# 8174 I have been charged on my credit card, WHY? I DO NOT have Net10 I only have ONE provider and it's not YOU! You make it very difficult to get in touch with you if there's a problem. I did not authorize this transaction. The number you listed goes straight to Verizon which I am not a customer. I even changed my credit card number. I have been trying to get in touch with you which has been impossible.

Net10 Wireless - Money stole from my debit card

On June 25 2022 a transaction was made by net10. They have no record of this transaction. Received my monthly bank statement which clearly showed transaction which they denied. Have sent pictures to net10 of the transaction where they took money off my debit card. The only response I get is they did not have any record of a transaction made in the date I...
