1) Humiliation faced by careem captains.
Off & On especially In Pindi area since careem is accessible by low middle class even the poors the abuse by customers have increased because of their poor literacy etc.
It is suggested to incorporate a academic base criteria i.e if the captains 87% rating is above 4.5 the rest 13% even below should be ignored based on the above factors.
2)ALL CARE-EM OFFICERS TO DRIVE CABS AS CAPTAINS ONCE A MONTH TO HAVE AREAL FEEL OF MARKET AND HUMILIATION/ABUSE OF CAPTAIN BY THE ILLITERATE/BAD CLIENTS--REMEMBER CAPTAINS ARE BACK BONE OF BUSINESS.
3)High standards demand by Careem from captains is not seen from Careem staff: Calls to help line for 5 customers insisting to ride in the same cab- help line would in some cases answer to handle it by captains resulting in Captains bad rating.
4)Bonuses for captains are over delayed which is hypocrisy by careem asking 100 % from Captains but efficiency for above case is below average.
5) why doesnt careem Under 19 officers arrange random meeeting with captains /vendors for better team work
