An ad for free face products by Jennifer Aniston called Neatcure and Vittlify were offered on Facebook that I ordered on 3/30/22 as a trial offer which ended on 4/14/22. I called the company on 4/18/22 at the number listed on my credit card statement, as they charged $129.87 for the Neatcure and $124.98 for the Vittlify on 4/15/22, which they said will be a charge for the products that I would receive monthly. I told them that I did not order this nor did I want these products monthly and to cancel this order. They claim that the information about the 14-day trial, etc. was in the ad, but I don't remember seeing it. They cancelled the order but charged me anyway for products I do not have. I told them that they received free money from my credit card. They claim that this was a 14-day free trial, and it wasn't free money. I do not have money to give away.
Desired outcome: Please refund.
