NCOA InsuranceOver 150 claims lately w the BBB!

NCOA gave us a phone with pornography on the inbox, scratches on the cover, and family pics too!!!! We deleted them, but alas the battery didn't hold out past noon either!
Tried to return the phone they sent us and this is what transpried:

Can't get a hold of any human beings, just constant recordings that "our office hours are from 10:30am to 4:30 pm, if you have reached us during office hours, it is better that you reach us via email.

Wrote to email.
no response except: 'you need to contact NCOA'!!!!!
Isn't that what I did????

After 10 days of this nonsense, I called the company "Cellular Wireless" with whom I purchased the phone with a year before. They didn't get anywhere with them either; or didn't bother, I do not know, as they didn't let me know when they said they would. Nonetheless, NCOA canceled my 'insurance' on the day that I made the complaint to Cellular Wireless.

DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THERE ARE OVER 150 CLAIMS LATELY W THE BBB. THEY ARE DEPLORABLE!

    I tried to contact them and you cannot get hold of a human being, except the same voice recording about their office timing and it would be best to write an email. It sucks!!!
