When my husband, Jesse, signed up for NCE, he was told it was health insurance. Afterwards, requested copies of the insurance card, but they gave him the run around. Finally, they gave a website to download his card and on the bottom of the print out it states this is not insurance. He called them and they insisted it was health insurance. He has been paying NCE a premium for the past 4 months and when he finally had to use it - COVID - all the doctors and hospitals told him that NCE is not an health insurance plan, a discount plan. How can this company, NCE be allowed to do this to people.
