nccrm review: botched tubal reversal 1

I paid in full $4550.00 to have a tubal reversal done in january 2013. I was never told that I needed an HSG 3 to 6 months later. Once I fInally looked up on the intenet and read that I was suppose to get one I contacted my doctor. In September of 2013 It was reveal that one of my tubes were blocked. I called back to NCRM to see what had happen. The staff was horrible and April was the manager who was over the reversals. She never returned my calls. Months n months passed and no one could give me a simple answer. When I finally got a chance to talk with her she was so rude and using bad language with me. Im patient. And still to this day no one can tell me why my right tube was blocked after only 7 months after the surgery. This place was very rude to me and I was an out of state patient coming from Texas. The staff there was very horrible and they didnt care about my concern from the surgery they preformed. And now its really hard for me to concieve with my husband with only one tube.
