Marketing of products stated this was a Dr. Oz product and he highly recommended. Ordered products online on April 20, 2022 at 8:46 am PST. Once ordered I went on Dr. Oz site where he stated this is a scam.
I emailed [protected]@NaturesOnlyBrands.com and called the [protected] customer service to cancel order and receive a full refund on my account on April 20th at 10:43am PST I emailed a demand for full refund. On 20th the customer service line only had the greeting and to enter #9 to speak with customer service, but it disconnected itself all 3 times I called. I was able to call and speak with representative at 1:39pm on April 21st asking for refund of my money with his reply it has already shipped but could give a 30% refund. He gave the tracking # and said would have to call back once product received (tracking still is only at label made stage as of 11:19 PST today April 22nd) to get return information. Called again this morning at 10:56 am speaking to customer service rep and again told could receive a 30% refund but cannot refund fully my account.
Do not purchase anything before checking and double checking if it is a legit company. I have copies of all correspondence and account requests.

Desired outcome: Full refund of money taken out of my account
Saw Facebook at for buy one get one free cbd gummies. Saw charge come in for $219.98 instead of $48 as shown on page. I immediately called to cancel. They said it had already been processed -- within 10 minutes really. I received 3 weeks later, tried to return they didn't issue a return tag, so bit the bullet. Now I have been sent 2 more bottles for $69.98 and charged on my acct.
This is the 2nd time I have got sucked into this scam the other was with fun drops which I called several times getting put on hold, hung up, etc. I even emailed the advertisement with pricing and got no where.
How do we get our money back from these places that seem legit but wind up a joke. They offer the money back guarantee, easy refunds etc. then when issues nothing.

Just received my second order of 5 bottles of Nature Only CBD Gummies. I never ordered the first batch of 5 bottles for which I was charged $199.99, and now I have a second order. Don't know how they got my credit card information.
I attempted to order 1 bottle of CBS oil for $39.99 on 5/25/22 @1:00 pm and was charged me $259.99. after 2 minutes I immediately called to cancel the transaction but the customer service REP said i cant cancel but they will refunded $129.99. i said i want to cancel and get full refund why cant. they said no way to cancel. this is scam
Saw the ad on Facebook for this product for $48 Dollars buy one get one free with free shipping purchased on 14 April 2022 and was billed a total of $219.98 not 48 as shown on Facebook, got 3 bottles of gummies and 2 bottles of drops. Just checked my checking account 12 May 2022 and another payment of $159.98 sucked out of the bank under the name of Fun Drops with a phone number of [protected] which translates to Tarrytown NY. The first CSR told me this was a recurring charge for gummies, send the shipment back and we will issue a refund when they get the product back, these people are a Third Party collecting money for Natures only Brands, called back and got a different CSR and was offered 50% refund told them to cancel this subscription or recurring charge, she did say you have to cancel within 30 days for a full refund. Turned the issue over to our bank ti investigate.
