Just received in the mail. Whereas the box says an 11. "on" the shoe, this company stuck a sticker over the size 9 on the box (that was half peeling off) to reflect it was an 11. What? Are you serious? Now customer service is giving the run around.
Horrible horrible "company"! Apparently, naturalizer has trained their company to work in this manner!
