driver reimbursement

I am supposed to be paid by the mile for driving a patient to her appointments we are owed over $1, 500 when you tried to call you're on the hold for over an hour then when you tell them what you're there for they put you on hold again to transfer you to someone else they told me they are aware that they owe me money but nobody is telling me what they are going to do about it while I keep racking up more money having to drive to the appointments

There has been three separate occasions where they didn't show up and I missed therapy. My therapist charges 25 dollars per appointment. This is unacceptable. I am a stroke patient
