National ITC Consulting review: Clearance letter 1

We saw a ad on YouTube and decided to use this company to clear our name from debt review, at first they were very helpful and quick to respond, we started paying them on Mei 2023 on August 2023 they received their last payment. They stopped responding to the Watts app and email to ask about the clearance letter, we phoned them only to hear excuses. The lady told me that there is still an account outstanding and that she will send me a screenshot, she did, the screenshot said the account was closed. Still no clearance letter 😓
