I want to add something to my last comment. The only exception to the service being horrid is the fine men and women that run the front desk. They are courteous and helpful in every way. Their service is what might brighten your stay. It's not their fault that the management that run the place are like trained apes. The front desk workers are always polite and provide the best service they can.
If you stay there as a guest then plan to see rats at the breakfast table, no sodas in establishment at all, leaky roofs due to lack of maintenance, gas station breakfast, and poor service all around.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
DO NOT BUY FROM LITTLE PUPPIES ONLINE! THEY GET THEIR PUPPIES FROM A MILL. THEY HAVE NEARLY 60 PUPPIES FOR SALE CURRENTLY (MANY DIFFERENT BREEDS). I WENT TO THE HOUSE TO PURCHASE A PUPPY. ALL OF THE DOGS ARE HOUSED OUT OF SIGHT AND BUYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO VIEW THEIR LIVING CONDITIONS. THEY BRING OUT ONE OR TWO PUPPIES AT A TIME FROM A CLOSED/ISOLATED ROOM. THEY HAVE SO MANY DOGS THAT WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A COUPLE DIFFERENT BREEDS THEY LITERALLY HAD TO CHECK THEIR ONLINE INVENTORY ON THE COMPUTER TO SEE WHAT WAS "IN STOCK". DISGUSTING. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT UPON BUYING A PUPPY THEY WOULD BE SENDING HIM HOME WITH 2 SYRINGES FULL OF ANTIBIOTICS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADMINISTERED FOR 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE BECAUSE THERE ARE "SO MANY PUPPIES IN AND OUT" OF THERE AT ALL TIMES. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HEARD OF A BREEDER SUPPLYING ALL PUPPIES WITH ANTIBIOTICS "JUST IN CASE". WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD SEE THE PARENTS OF ONE OF THE PUPPIES I WAS TOLD "WE DON'T BREED ANY DOGS HERE, WE GET THEM FROM OTHER PLACES, LOCAL PLACES"--WHAT?... CLEARLY THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING THESE ANIMALS FROM A PUPPY MILL. THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK BY SELLING PUPPY MILL DOGS. Nathan Bazler- sold us a puppy that has kennel cough.
I called him to tell him I was taking our puppy to the vet, Nathan said no bring him to my vet ( an hour away). I told him no, He then said let me know what the vet has to say. Now he's telling me my dog got kennel cough from the shot at the vet. My puppy was so sick. My vet bill was $ 233.60 I only asked him to pay $129. of it even though he should have to pay all of it.

Honestly, what do you expect when you buy a dog from a puppy mill? The guy has
a website and has over 80 dogs for sale! You are very fortunate your puppy just had kennel
cough. You obviously did no homework before purchasing the puppy and who in their right mind
buys a puppy without taking the puppy to the vet first? You take a puppy that has not been
vet checked to your mothers house? Really stupid. Some dogs are much brighter than
their owners.
Yes- I think your right it is a puppy mill. I would never have bought a puppy from a puppy mill. The sad thing is the night we got him we took him to show my mom and now her puppy has kennel cough, I would never have taken him to her house had I known he was sick. Now we both have vet bills.
I have to say though we are crazy about our puppy we have had him a little over two weeks and he is just now starting to act like a puppy.
