Where do I begin...I'm extremely disappointed with NapsGear customer service and their "business model". On 12/1/11 I signed up for NapsGear.net and placed an order the very next day. 3 days later go by and the MoneyGram notification letter came to my email stating the money had been picked up. Since 12/5/11 I've had nothing, but constant excuses on why the order has not been delivered. I ordered 3 simple things and the only item shipped has been my Retin A, big whoop! As of today 1/4/12 I'm now being told that my order was processed and dispatched from their warehouse, however the package has not left yet and due to the holidays their experiencing difficulties shipping. Now, I'm being told my order will not ship until 1/16/11. I am not like most people who will just sit around and wait. I paid $120 for expedited service which brought my order to $500 total. I'm not completely unreasonable the problem is that all I keep hearing and reading on sites like this are excuses. So... my question is why hasn't anyone let the cat out of the bag and told MoneyGram that this money being wired is for a business not a relative/friend? That will definitely send a very loud and clear message to NapsGear that they're customers are tired of having their money stolen right from underneath them. None of really have a clear understanding of their operation, but excuse after excuse is not acceptable. We pay a lot of money to these people and remember the currency conversion even from our weak dollar is EXTREMELY good in THEIR benefit. If they can't comply with their own standards then why should we continue helping them make money and rewarding them when they don't deserve...? I hope someone from their company is reading this and understands that we're tired of the BS and we're not going to take it anymore.
I've been doing business with these guys for years. Along with some very good friends of mine. All of us have had very positive experiences. Any problems I have had have been handled quickly and professionally by their online customer service ad their online reps.
It sucks that you guys had bad experiences. I find it hard to believe that any issues you've had were not dealt with satisfactorily by CS or online reps.
I've been doing business with these guys for years and im always left happy. I will continue to support them as well.
I have had amazing experience with naps. They had some issues and was down for a while but when they came back online they re-shipped my original order and doubled it for all the trouble. All you have to do is send customer service a line and they will review your old order and make it right.
Naps has never let me down in all the time I have dealt with them. They are my go to source and I will continue to use them.

I got an order in 2 weeks with everything I ordered and some extras. Very happy! Told naps I would write good reviews for them everywhere google lead me. These guys are back to being the best again, and I'll tell everyone.

Guys I know it seems like they might be a scam when you never recieve anything, but this really isn't the case. I was in the same boat as many of you, ordered early December, Feburary came and still nothing, I thought maybe I'd been ripped off. I contacted them on the site and they informed me that there were some issues during December and looked up my order and told me it'd be sent again. Around 2 weeks later I came home to a pleasant surprise waiting for me. I ordered again and it arrived in around 2 weeks from the ship date they gave. I also received an email from them asking all customers who had outstanding orders never delivered to contact them and they'd take care of it, and have spoken to several people on bodybuilding forums who did this and they did in fact send their orders again and they recieved the 2nd time around. One thing I can tell you is that a lot of email filters block their mail, I had two other accounts under other emails and always thought they were ignoring me but they weren't, if you contact them and don't hear back, then log into support on their page and I promise you that you will see where they have replied to you. They have been around for a long time and I think it's for good reason. They do encounter problems from time to time, but we have to remember the type of business we are talking about here, things don't always go smoothly, but at the end of it they are known for always coming through and taking care of everyone who orders. If you have an order you never received, I'd advise you to contact them about, you might be surprised as to what happens.
