I thought all was lost and I would not be able to the smokes I had ordered for years when Obama stepped on our rights again with the PACT act. The Mail Order companies told us they were probably done because no on would deliver under the PACT rules. NAPAREX took this on and even though it take 3 - 4 weeks from time of order I'm finally getting my cigs. Tehy have been pleasant to deal with and have told me the delivery time frame will improve a greatdeal as they integrate with their agents. I just hope that the people who have been abusing them on the net realize if we dont give them a chance we will lose the only legal way to ship this product today. If UPS is delivering your cigs and an adult is not signing for them and the package labeled correctly, it is an illegal shipment.

Called the 800 number after I received notice that they tried to make a delivery. For 2 days got voicemail box full. Finally got someone on the phone who said "maybe" the local courier would call me back. 48 hours later still waiting. Been a month since I ordered tobacco products and still don't have my order.

I am glad to see someone has received an order. I cannot even get confirmation a package exists. They have not accepted phone calls saying to e-mail them and in the e-mails they refuse to give any info. I gave them 24 hours to confirm a package exists and give me answers or I was calling the BBB. I also told them I was holding them accountable for the contents getting into miner's hands beings that when I contacted the legislation to stop the ACT my representative stated she was passing it to ensure cigarettes were not getting into miner's hands. If they cannot track their packages then they cannot assure it is not in miners hands. I am beyond frustrated with Naparex and it is not the time to deliver but the refusal to speak or answer questions.

I agree that all the new laws regarding how and if tobacco products can be shipped is not Naparex's fault. It has frustrated us all. I don't want to speak for anyone other than myself, but when you read these complaints, a lot are more directed toward the lack of responsiveness Naparex shows in its customers. Placing call after call and leaving voice mail messages without so much as a return call has nothing to do with the tobacco shipping laws. Not having a Naparex employee put a failed delivery attempt back into their system to allow for a second attempt has nothing to do with tobacco shipping laws. That was what happened in my case and I am still waiting. As an NRA member, I believe in my freedoms, and the tobacco laws are frustrating enough. If Naparex is going to commit to the delivery of tobacco products or any other products, then they need to do their job. What if we weren't talking about tobacco products? Would it be acceptable to wait for mail order prescription drugs? Hey Naparex, the economy is tough. Maybe you should increase your staff and hire some more workers. There are certainly enough unemployed willing to work!

I made a purchase for online cigarettes on August 30, 2010. I have gotten nothing but the run around from Naparex. How can they still be in business if they can't even deliver a simple package. They do nothing but lie. On one email I was told that they don't even have a tracking module. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ARE YOU? I keep getting different dates as to when I will get my package, but nothing yet. I will never purchase from any company that deals with Naparex. Someone needs to take hold of this situation.

I have been trying to find out what happened to a delivery I was expecting since the company told me it was shipped by Naparex. For five days I have tried to call the 24 hr a day phone number, and have either reached a full mailbox, or been given a non-existant email address to write to. I left name and phone number and email address on voice mail, and tried to send email 5 different times. My emails were returned with the message that the email address did not exist. Per shipper, Naparex said they tried to deliver twice and no one was home. I have been home, and have checked front and back doors for a door slip saying they were here, and there has been nothing. The shipper also said Naparex would redeliver for a fee of 15.00.

The Naparex website says they are a professional courier company, open and transparent. If this is professional, I want no part of it.

I mailed a check to Indian Smokes on8/9 and it posted to my account on 8/20. I have yet to receive my order! I have contacted Naparex so many times I can't count. They tell me different dates and situations.One excuse they gave me was that my order should be here in a day. The following day I called them and they told me that my order was miss-sorted in their Buffalo warehouse. They told me my order should be here on 9/17 or 9/20 NEVER SHOWED UP! Then they said 9/25 I've been here the entire time! I even had someone come to my house and wait just in case they showed up when I had to leave. THEY NEVER DID! I think we were all ripped off.. I will be calling my congressman, and the better business bureau first thing Monday morning! I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!

Placed an order with Indian Smokes Online on 9/12/10-they shipped it with Naparex on 9/14--money debited from my checking account on 9/23/10. It's now 10/8/10--nothing. When I am able to reach either company--all I get are lies...'package is on the way!" Found out that Naparex didn't have anyone to deliver to my area until last week--Custom Courier Solutions in Buffalo, NY--those people are very nice and actually answer their phone. They can't help me however because Naparex still hasn't given them my package--after saying it's on it's way for the past month! I've contacted the FTC, the BBB in Omaha and the State Attorney General in Nebraska. BUYER BEWARE! Either get me the product or refund my money.

This company is the shipper for smokes-spirits. They are suppossedly in possession of my pkg since Sept 1. When I finally got through to their CS on the phone (keep trying) I was told there was a mix-up at the Buffalo facility and that's why pkgs were delayed and that I should expect delivery on 9/25. I asked how they could tell me this by only knowing the shipping city and she just said she could. Right after that I received an email response from an earlierinquiry that said they can't track the pkg so can't tell me when to expect it. Now I'm being told by Smokes-Spirits that Naparex claims two delivery attempts with a customer not home, this to a 24hr business with 24 hr staff. Someone is lying but I am still ripped off. BEWARE of both companies.

I placed an order with Seneca Smokeshop and gave specific instructions to have the delivery company call first to avoid a missed delivery. As luck would happen, they didn't call and I wasn't home. That, in and of itself was no big deal and I know can happen. The ordeal I have gone through since, has been extremely painful to say the least. That was 11/10. Today is 11/19 and no second deliver was ever even attempted. I have left 15 voice mail messages with Naparex with not one call back. I have talked to a representative on 3 occasions and each time was assured my package would be re-delivered. They also put in the notes to have me called first. I just placed another call tonight 11/19 and now their voice mailbox is full. No big surprise there. I am not the type to get bent out of shape over much but this Naparex company has me extremely angry and fed up. I thought I was THEIR customer! They would have to improve greatly just to make it to being considered bad. Naparex does not care about their customers. Naparex sucks!

Waiting 2 months for delivery.. isn't it illegal what they are doing.. and what the cigarette companies tell you. Isn't their responsibility to make sure you get the cigs or a refund.. I have neither after 2 months. Appalling!

Nothing good about this experience with Naparex and Smokes and Spirits. Will never do business with either company again..

i completely agree with you in that we who are smokers do need this company to deliver. i believe with time they willn begin to get our orders to us more timely. i placed my order and it shipped out on 10/18 as of 11/7 i still have not received it which is now 3 weeks but i am quite hopeful i will receive it during the next week. i am one who definitely needs mail order for my cigarettes as i am disabled and have been unable to drive for over 10 yrs and live on SSDI and can't afford the cheapest cigarettes here in Texas which is $38 a carton and i prefer the native brands from New York Seneca post. i believe if you don't have anything positive to say then keep it to yourself or between you and the company because we need this shipper!
