I purchased this snow blower last year from Christmas Tree Shop. I finally got someone to put it together for me this year for the snow we got. Well I got a fellow to start it up to remove my snow on my walk & all it I'd was smoke. It didn't do anything. I am very upset because I am a widower & had to pay someone to put it together & it doesn't work. I'm on a fixed income & can not afford to get it fixed & the store won't take it back & give me my money. I am out of $150 plus tax, excluding what I paid to get it put together for it not to work. I'm at a loss of what to do now so I am writing this complaint because that money could have even spent on something worth while for me or I could have used it for groceries, gas, meds, etc. I hope you can see my dilemma. I paid someone to shovel my walk.
