Dear past and future customers of Nancy Petshack Chihuahuas! This was my honest and true experience with Ms Nancy and her shop!
I bought a puppy from her a couple of months ago, the first time we visited my baby was only 4 days old. My husband fell in love with her at first sight, but were shocked about the condition of ms nancys "shop". She keeps around 15-20 exotic parrots in the front of ther store (very filthy), the 5+wks old babies were all located in her grooming part. And she keeps the little babies in the back. According to her website, she is a cagefree breeder, but when we walked in there is about 5-10 cages set up in the salon part to keep mothers in heat locked up from the boys.. also it is very dirty there. Her dogs are supposed to be "litterbox" trained but they poop all over the place. They pee on their toys and just at everything... ( when looking at pictures on her website, u cant unfortunately see it) but i have been there about 7-8 times now and my husband and i are usually not very picky, and we were so dirty, that my husband took his clothes off infront of our housedoor after coming home from her. My first puppy was healthy, however she made us take her home at 6 wks old...
After a couple of months of having my little girl, i decided to go back to visit her and have my babygirl play with some of the other puppies. I really fell in love that day with a long coat boy, but wasnt really sure, if i should take him home... Ms Nancy said "take him home today, if ur husband is not ok with him or u guys decide different, u can bring him back tomorrow". i paid 100 dollars deposit. The minute we arrived at home, he started very runny and bloody diareha until late night, and i had to get up with him 4 times that night, because he coulndt hold it... i took him to the vet right the next morning. My vet told me, that he might be very sick or might just have a parasite infection. Usually they dont have that bad diareha the day they get home. I had them do a parvo test and it was negative and decided to bring him back to ms nancy, since i didnt want to spend a fortune for a expensive puppy that i just got the day before. She was not very happy about me bringing him back at all, and refunded me 50 dollars of my deposit. I didnt complain.
A couple of months have passed now, and i saw on her website, that another little merle ( looks just like my other baby girl) became available, she was supposed to go to a breeder. So i told her, i pick her up the next day. Her condition was horrific, she was so flea infested ( according to ms nancy " she groomed 7 flea infested pomeranians the day before and now all her 30+dogs have fleas) and she was missing hair on her neck with a scab on it. She was so dirty, my hands felt sticky after touching her. Ms Nancy told me she was 8wks old, but i saw on her website that they were born and she posted pics on 4April. So she was only 6 wks as well. One week after she was home with us, she started extremely bloody diareha and i waited 3 days to see if it would stop but it only became worse. My vet did a stool sample and diagonsed her with avanced giardia and coccidia and blamed it on the breeder. I informed ms nancy about it, and all she did was sending me research websites to look stuff up myself on how she might have got it. She also said, that my baby already had it before she left her, because she treated them with Panacur... but then later on, when i made my experience public, will not admit to it anymore. the reason i know she already had it is, from the time my baby was infested with giardia, it takes a dogs body 13 days to process it. She showed symptoms, bloody diareha after 7 days exactly which means she already had it before..
After all this trouble with her, Ms Nancy broke up contact with me.
I started doing more research into her business and found many other complaints and even called a private investigator for animal cruelty for Columbia, and he said, he was very familiar with the situation and the condition of her dogs and puppies.
I found out, that she breeds some of her rescue dogs and sells all of them as purebred chihuahuas with papers...None of her puppies are vet checked or even her other dogs.
She has groom dogs, that come into her shop and in contact with her puppies ( since she keeps her puppies right in her groom shop, like my little baby) and has no assurance, that these dogs are not sick!
And then sells these puppies without taking them to the vet before...
I know that probably nothing is going to happen to stop her. I know, i am contributing to her puppymill in buying "almsot" 3 puppies from her, but everytime i went there, i felt so sorry for these poor babies, that i just couldnt leave them with her.
I didnt ask her for any of my money back, all i want is people to know the truth about her. It might not stop them buying from her, since they will probably feel very sorry for these animals as well.
But i felt like, somebody needed to say simply the truth and this was my experience!
My first puppy was thankfully healthy and the conditions werent as bad... i know, i shouldnt have gone back. but i feel so sorry for these poor dogs...
Dear Ms Nancy, I do not know where u get ur information. but if u look at ur shop urself, u would see with ur own eyes, that it is very dirty. explain to me please, how maya got all these fleas. U told me, the day i picked her up, that u groomed 7 flea infested pomeranians the day before. so how did my maya get the fleas? how did stacys dogs get all these fleas and u sent them on a 8 hour flight...
You let them get in contact with these filthy groom dogs... think about it!
its been almost a month since i came to get her, and the coccidia still has not gone away. the vet said, when he diagnosed her, that she had it very badly. So u think it just developed overnight? when we are still struggeling to get rid of the desease!?
All u tell are excuses. U never cared, when i told you, what is going on. A good breeder should be helpful in such situation... I never asked for my money back. All i did was to make it known. And when people ask me, where i got my two babies from, i will tell them, and not recommend u.
The reason why i bought "almost 3 puppies" ( i see thats how u wrote it in ur comment :) ) is because i felt very sorry every time i came. So if anyone would like to "rescue" a dog from you, ok, but if you are looking for a good breeder with healthy puppies and clean living condition, then maybe go somewhere else...
You are just lucky, that the laws and regulations about dog breeding are so minor here. Unfortunatley there is nothing that can be done against u. But i sure tried! And will tell. Because this was my experience!
Maybe one day you will just open your eyes !

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Nancy White Wilson has not changed a all . Reading through all this makes a normal person's stomach turn .
How can Fairfield county continue to allow this ?
She has no license, no permits , no insurance on her Rottweilers .
She birds all kind of animals and doesn't claim her entire income on her taxes.
She steals animals and deposit .
She an unethical breeder from hell .
Do your homework she still sells sick pups for owners to watch die .
She has to many animals run lose to control who breeds with who.
She keeps babies all the time.
How does she avoid inbreeding?
Buying from her doesn't help these poor animals all you do is support another BYB and her wallet
Report her to the state not county maybe one day someone will be willing to help these poor animals

funny how you filed the same day you dropped my 8 week old pups at a vet hospital 1.5hrs away from me leaving no shot record proving they just had shots
the vet ypu left them St I had never meet and him lime me where worried and wondering why you choose this as a drop off and to be left in a Styrofoam very small cooler with no food, water or shot record you had.
You also left a bogus number with Receptionist.

I have text from your wife saying " she has OCD and both are yo much to handle "
You had them for 4 days
day 1 ypu took.to your vet snd they got shots and dewormer ( a vet dose not give a sick pup shots ) and I asked for his report which judge never looked at
Day 2 wide text said only wants one pup and if I did not want her back she would give her away
I stated I wanted her back and since I let you take her home without paying for her you only paid for one pup
day 3 (sun) she text saying they are to much for her and messed on her carpet ( which you wanted me to.pay for carpet cleaning )

along with your gas and vet bill for shots & checkup
You just cannot buy a animal have for 4 days change your mind and request full refund for more then you paid
your wife wrote a book so she's good on paper wish she was in court where she belonged instead of writing you a screen play to read to judge .
Lucky for the girls they both live in fla together and are perfectly healthy like the day you picked them up.

Yes Nancy sells sick puppy's. I bought 2 for my wife, half way home we knew they had to go to the vet. They were sick, nancy agreed to take them back the next day and promised to put my 400.00 back on my credit card. She lied, she never gave my money back.I took her to court And she was found guilty of selling sick puppy's and a judgement was issued against Nancy white and petshack of Northside in Winnsboro SC in the amount of 490.00 which she has not paid. This is on file at the Winnsboro SC courthouse.

and hurtful to others make you feel good? Why dont you grow up and act like an adult and just move on already.. I have every right to comment on here for others to see about MY transaction with Nancy. I never said your name in MY comment why do you feel the need to make a rude reply to my comment? These puppies are mine now and I don't take to kindly to your rude and nasty remarks about MY puppies... So I kindly ask you to leave your nasty, rude comments for someone elses dogs. As to me they are PERFECT in every way and thats all that matters..

My name is Amy Wright, I have known Nancy White for almost 3yrs now, And I recived my 3 Beautiful, Happy, Healthy PetShack Of Northside Chihuahuas on Dec 5th 2010... They arrived as I was told they would.. They were very very clean. Clean and clear eyes, Clean ears, Short clipped nails, Beautiful healthy coats... They are the best... They are smiply PERFECTO .
I don't understand why people find the need to TARNISH miss Nancy Whites name and TRASH TALK Miss Nancy White. Those folks need a hobby and need to spend more time worrying about there own business and less on what others are doing... There is no way to keep ones house 100% spotless 24/7 when you have more them 1 or 2 pets its hard to keep it 100% clean... Trust me I know... I am not a breeder just an Animal lover... I have 5 Chihuahua's 8 Cats and 1 Rabbit, I Clean everyday but sometimes you would'nt
know it... But its wrong to judge someone and Bash them because you feel there home is not as clean as yours... I am 100% HAPPY with my Transaction with Nancy White aka Petshack Of Northside, I would Buy again and therefore I will reccomend Nancy to anyone looking for a happy and healthy Chihuahua... I am the Community Development Director for the town of Winnsboro. Nancy is one of Winnsboro's honest and dedicated merchants. I want to say that after reading some of the nasty description of her breeding you are wrong. She is very meticulous in her breeding practices. I know personally that she only breeds a female a few times then the female is spayed and rehomed to a loving family. All her babies are cared for by a doctor and her integrity to the breed is without fail. If and when I need a new baby I without hesitation will buy from Nancy. This Nancy person sounds like an awful breeder, she sells sick pups..how is she allowed to do this, for the $$ of course, i saw her videos on YouTube, shes def. a puppy mill.i have never seen so many small dogs before, that is disgusting.These kind of people only see money signs when pups are born.Shame on you.
and as far as the foster go, they are vet checked then adopted out for way less then any other adoption service or they are given away . I rescue Rottweilers mostly, as they are very hard to rehome and have never bred a rescue .. you need to go back to your resources and rethink before you type this BS

I wish I could figure out who you are so I can delete you from my pages on FB . I have a good idea who you are .. Tammy Crawford, the lady I made a complaint about after she bought a puppy in SC and drove back to TN instread of going straight home with new puppy & left in car only to die a horriable death from heat & stress. How dare you, but this dose not surprise me . You my friend need to look in your yard and take better care of your animals.

All her dogs are inbred, no wonder it has a heart murmur, go on youtube and look and see how many chis she has, how can someone take care of so many dogs.Breeding siblings to their parents etc. that is just sick.She is a poor breeder.If you want a good puppy you will have to buy from a good breeders, like someone who shows, and do some investigation do not buy puppies from these low class woman, they don't care for the dog nor the pups they only care about the dollar signs, check them out on facebook, every week that have pups for sale, way breeder with common sense that cares for the health of their ###, keeps breeding them every time they come into heat.they are BACK YARD BREEDERS.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Well Well Well ~~ What do I see here! Namcy from Petshack Chihuahua's is at it again selling sick puppies! When will you learn Nancy that your place is too filthy for puppies to be raised in! I thought after I sent the law in there you would change BUT~~~~I guess not so its time to get to work again! You are a poor excuse for breeders! You really need to STOP BREEDING because you are spreading disease nationwide! Also this woman is available to go to Judge Judy! Still interested? Go ahead ~ Tell her your story and see who wins! Yes, I would also like to know if the place was so bad where you purchased the puppy from why would you have purchased two puppies from the breeder? It doesnt make any since whatsoever! I know there are plenty of chihuahua breeders out there that if the conditions were as bad as you state you could have reported her and shopped elsewhere! So, dont go online now after the fact and post these ridiculous stories trying to make ppl believe that your story is worse than the next person. From what I have been reading you knew about the heart murmur and you had the option I am sure right then and there to say NO I do not want this puppy please send me another healthy one! I am sure she did not make you take the puppy with the heart murmur. Your story in my opinion as an outsider looking in doesnt add up! So its my opinion only and you are making this into a pity story for yourself. If the dog has PDA it can be corrected with surgery. I am sure if you wanted you could send the dog back to the breeder and she would give you another puppy in this puppy's place. I am also sure that if you didnt have the money to correct the problem that the breeder would replace the puppy and have the puppy's issue corrected herself. So again there are multiple ways of solving the problem! Contact the breeder and work out something with her instead of turning your back and complaining! More people like to start trouble then actually try to work it out and do what is in the best interest of the puppy here!
we also got a puppy from her she has a severe heart mur mur an can die at anytime an she just says shes ok shes gonna live too be 10! we made a complaint also if u would like too see whole story!
NO REPUTABLE BREEDER WOULD EVER SELL A SICK PUPPY TO SOMEONE! I AM NOT A BREEDER BUT HAVE PURCHASED A DOG FROM A BREEDER AND MY DOG WAS COMPLETELY HEALTHY! SHE DEVELOPED PROBLEMS AND THE BREEDER IMMEDIATELY WANTED HER BACK. I REALLY HOPE THIS GETS TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE TO ME THIS SOUNDS LIKE A PUPPY MILL AND NOT A BREEDER!
