Video Producer Nancy Gilligan of Shamrock Pictures failed to pay me $9, 000+ in compensation and out of pocket expenses she owes me, from
my employment at her company. She made numerous promises to pay me, but has now stopped contacting me altogether. My continued attempts to
get the money I am due, now almost a year later, have gotten me nowhere. During my last attempt to secure a payment schedule from
her, I was instead advised by her attorney of her plans to declare bankruptcy. And according to him, I should just give up because I
will never see that money, money I really need.
I am now going to try and find a lawyer to help me seek a legal remedy.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

She is really a con artist.
I did some work for Nancy as a cameraman/editor. She only paid me half of what she was supposed to. I went to Antigua for her TV show "Affordable Traveling in the Carribean" as a cameraman and was never paid. I was promised and promised the money but it never came. I sued in Small Claims court in White Plains. The the judge awarded me the money owed to me. According to the courts she's still responsible to pay the amount awarded me, regardless of her filing bankruptcy. I highly suggest if your owed money to file a small claims suit against Nancy Gilligan and/or submit a formal complaint letter with the Westchester DA's office, which you can find on their website. Nancy is a con artist whom should be brought to justice.
Nancy is a conartist. Do not engage her. Run don’t walk. She is persuasive. She knows all the tricks to engage her marks . She owes me 54 thousand dollars plus . I consider my self a good judge of character, in bussiness for a long time . And she got me good .
