Approximately three years I purchased a replacement awning from Naegle to cover my two season area. Previously Naegle has serviced my request to hand and take down the previous awning.

I call on May 8, 2023 to request service to rehand the awning. I was given a date of May 22 to hang the awning. On May 23 after 5:00 pm I left message requesting information as to when the awning would be hung. I was told on May 24 that the awning would definitly be hung on May 25. The evening of May 25 I left a message related to the fact the the awning had not yet been hung and it was four days past the original date. On May 26, Dan the owner, called to say the awning would be hung today. Because I voiced my disappointment with the service, Dan said he was not interested in discussing the issue with me and that in order to have the awning installed a check in the amount of $330, $55 higher than the price to take the awning down in November of 2022 (often after a signifiant delay in service, would need to be given prior to the installation. I have always paid the invoice for the service. I believe I was not provided with the service I had previously been given nor promised when purchasing the awning. The increase in services should have been told on May 8 when I first arranged for service. My complaint is the ongoing price increases — twice each year — and the inability to perform a service when given a date.
