I bought sink from the company www.mysinksandfaucets.com. The seller provided my order on time, but the sink was damaged. I contacted the rep and asked if they could get it back and provide refund, and the seller replied “yes”, but after that he simply took 20% from the refund and he didn’t explain why. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
I purchased a sink and faucet from this store only to have the items reach my house damaged. It took over a week for the package to reach me and when I tried to returned the items, I was slapped with a 20% restocking fee. I'll never shop here again when there are cheaper websites out there.
