This is a currency exchange service. I paid them $52 through Liberty Reserve to pay me through paypal. I sent these people the money a little less than 2 weeks ago and have received nothing! I emailed them NUMEROUS TIMES and have still received NOTHING. I believe I have been scammed. If I ever receive the money I will be the first on here to let everyone know but as of this moment I believe I have been scammed out of my money! This is supposed to be a licensed business. The kicker is I did in fact use their service before and received my money in the past. However, you never know when and where they will scam you. Beware they also have another website that is a .com (http://my-xchange.com/) If anyone has been ripped off by my-xchange.com or .biz leave a message. We can all file a complaint with the FTC and have this persons website removed and their lisence revoked.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We have not received a response from the author of this complaint. Therefore, we believe the complaint unfounded, and it looks like a simple defamation. If person really would not be satisfied with the service, he would certainly have responded.
So, did they resolve the problem? Can they be trusted?
Provide your exchange order details (exchange order ID) to reslove this issue. We will check your information, if something wrong with your order, we will resolve it. We're certified exchange of many e-currencies and provide exchange service about 7 years. We don't have no one unsatisfied customer. If you have not done any operations with us, means that you've posted fake complaint.
