Musescore.com review: Subscription Service

On December 10th 2025 I bought a score from Musescore by creating a new account for £0.99. I ONLY wanted to purchase the score. Only 8 days later on December 18th I was charged a further £44.99 for Musescore Premium membership which I didn't sign up for. I tried to send an email but clearly this was ignored and on March 18th 2026 have been charged a further £59.99 I have now managed to cancel my paypal subscription, but I would like a refund of £109.98 since I have never used the service and I was an unwilling participant in your subscription service. I don't need a subscription like this and my intention was only to buy the score. Please reply to this inquiry. Thank you.
