of operations multiple times with no response. They have been completely unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving this issue. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend using Mulberrys Garment Care for any laundry or dry cleaning needs.

Mulberrys messed up big time with my leather pants. I dropped them off for a cleaning, but they somehow managed to lose them. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through calls and emails, and even visited their store five times in person. But the employees, manager, and owner kept giving me the runaround, claiming they were searching for the pants. It's been a whopping five months now, and they still haven't found my pants or reimbursed me for their worth, which was a hefty $997.50. I had no choice but to file a police report, hoping that it would finally make them take this matter seriously. Let this be a warning to all potential buyers - this business is absolutely terrible.

On March 3rd, 2023, I sent two bags of clothes to be cleaned, but sadly, one of the shirts didn't come back from the cleaners. I emailed them on March 13th to ask about the missing shirt and told them to fill out a form for missing items. But, it's already March 17th and they're still searching for the shirt. They haven't replied to any of my other emails since then. I only wore the shirt once and bought it just two weeks ago (I have the receipt to prove it). I emailed them again to ask for compensation, but they haven't responded. The dry cleaning was done under the name *** and the email linked to the account is ***.

On 11/14/22, I had my clothes picked up by Mulberrys Garment Care as a first-time customer from my apartment complex. I got a text saying they picked up my clothes and confirmed with the front desk, but the clothes didn't show up in their app that tracks my order. I waited a whole week before trying to contact the company. I called them on 11/19, 11/20, and 11/21, but I couldn't get through to a real person. Finally, on Monday, they sent me an email asking for the details of my dry cleaning. They lost my stuff and now they're doing an investigation that they say will take 2 weeks. My clothes are worth almost $1000, and this whole experience is just not acceptable or professional. I want to be fully compensated for my lost items: 2 Cashmere sweaters worth $700 and one black shirt worth $200, which adds up to $900 in total.

I sent my expensive jacket to Mulberry to get it dry cleaned. When I went to collect it, I saw that it was all ruined with stains that they caused due to cleaning it in the wrong way. They first apologized and took it back to investigate and asked me to wait till they do. I waited for over 10 days, then received an email that they will credit me $150 for the damaged jacket. I sent them a website link of my jacket to show them that it costs $850, not $150. They responded that they want to do further testing if I allow them to. Although I already waited for their testing, I agreed to further testing, but at this stage, I have lost any trust that they will come back with fair compensation. I want to escalate this to ensure that I either get my jacket fixed or have them replace it with the same one from the link I sent them. Can you help me?

On 9/15, my partner dropped off a bunch of stuff for dry cleaning at Mulberrys garment care at ***. But guess what? When she went to pick them up on 9/22, two of the items were missing some important parts. The coat was missing its belt, and the shirt was missing its detachable hood. We sent an email to customer service right away, and this person named ***, who's supposed to be the customer support manager, said they were looking into it with the driver and would let us know. But guess what again? We didn't get any updates. So, on 9/26, I decided to call the store directly and left a voicemail explaining the problem and giving them my contact info. But guess what once more? No response. Today, on 10/4, after more than a week of silence, I called their customer support line again, and guess what? Voicemail again! I left the same info, but still no contact from them. I just want to hear from the business if they found the missing items. And if they didn't, I want a refund for those two items they lost.

I've been using Mulberrys Garment Care for a few years now and never had any problems. Yeah, their prices are pretty high, but I didn't mind paying. Lately though, I've been getting my clothes back with a really bad smell. I think it's because of some stain remover they're using. When I dropped off my stuff, there was no smell at all. I've talked to a few employees about it and they agreed that it stinks, but they just keep sending it back to be cleaned with the same stuff. When I asked to talk to a supervisor or someone who knows about dry cleaning, they got all defensive and said that not all businesses handle things the same way. I sent an email to the company explaining the problem, but they never bothered to respond. Luckily, I happened to show up at the store when a supervisor was there, so I finally got to talk to someone in charge. They promised they'd fix the smell issue with the cleaning plant, but when I picked up my clothes, they smelled even worse than before. They wouldn't even talk about replacing my ruined items, they just let me off the hook for the bill. Those clothes were worth $2000, man.

I'm so mad and disappointed with *** and the whole business at Mulberrys Garment Care. They totally scammed me out of over a thousand bucks! Back in July, I gave them my fancy designer hoodie that cost me a fortune, just to get it dry cleaned. I didn't want to risk ruining it in my own washer and dryer, you know? But when I picked it up a week later, I was shocked! My favorite hoodie had shrunk like crazy! It used to be all big and comfy, but now it barely fits me. The arms are all short and everything. I was devastated! They must have used some machine or something that messed it up big time. And I paid them for this disaster! They not only scammed me out of my money, but they ruined my precious hoodie that I spent so much on.

I called them right away, filed support tickets, and even threatened to sue them. I mean, this was a big deal for me! But *** finally emailed me back and said I could bring my stuff to the store so their lab manager could check it out. I dropped off my damaged hoodie on 8/6/22, and then...nothing. They ghosted me! I followed up a month later on 9/7/22, and *** said she'd talk to the lab manager and get back to me. But guess what? More silence! It's 9/22/22 now, and I still haven't heard a peep from them. It's been almost two months since I last saw my hoodie, and they messed it up three months ago. Can you believe it?

This is a complaint against Mulberrys *** which serves the ***. The facility that specifically created the problem is the Belmont facility. The staff there damaged my jacket and is refusing to provide any explanation or fair resolution. They are claiming they removed all stains, when in fact they created a new one what appears to be a burn *** on the back of my expensive wool jacket. Heres the timeline of events. On November 28th,2022, a Mulberry driver picked up my order. The item was brought back to me on December 2, 2022. While the stain on the inside of the jacket was gone, there was a new stain on the outside of the jacket. Please refer to attached photos as evidence. On December 2nd, 2022 I emailed the business and left an online review expressing my concern as a first-time customer. A customer service rep responded on December 5th, saying they would have a lab manager do an inspection of the coat. I called and spoke with a customer service representative and we agreed to have the damaged item picked up that Wednesday. The customer service rep added the lab manager was informed of the situation as well. The customer service rep told me I should expect to get an update within two weeks. On December 19, which ***ed two weeks, I emailed customer service asking for an update. I was told on December 19 via email they were checking with the lab manager to get an update. I followed up again on December 21, and received a response on the 22 via email saying the business was experiencing delays because of the holidays, but an update would arrive ASAP.On December 29, which ***ed more than three weeks since the complaint was first lodged, I called both customer service numbers for an update. I received another generic email saying customer service would check in with the lab manager. Again, they failed to provide an ETA on when my case would be resolved. I requested the customer service rep to please respond that day with a clear answer. This is when the customer service rep said their records indicated my item had been sent back to me on December 9th. I double checked with my building to determine this was true. But the company still did not respond to my concerns about the damage to the coat. When I asked customer service if I could connect with them over the phone to discuss, they simply responded over email everything seems to have gone well with your coat it was delivered back to you. Nothing went well with my coat. It was damaged, customer service gave me the runaround, and the business is refusing to take any accountability for what they did. Mulberrys advertises itself providing unmatched quality and service. What I experienced was perhaps the worst customer service and cleaning I have experienced in my entire life, hands down. Im demanding a full refund of the cleaning ($12.64) and compensation of the value of my coat ($172.91). Receipts attached. Item ID:
