We waited to be picked up on 6/16/23 from the airport. No one showed up. When I called the company, we were told that someone was there. The person on the line was not very helpful and after a long argument, added that "My colleague will be there." We waited a while before two MTS employees, a man and a woman, showed up. The man told us that after 19 mns of waiting time, we have to pay extra. He was rude and sarcastic. With a smirk, he said"I can show you where to take a taxi and you can be refunded by Expedia." We are two senior citizens who love to travel and we like to do so safely. They left us at the airport and we had to take a taxi from the street to the hotel.
This kind of treatment is definitely not acceptable.
Desired outcome: We would like to have one way refunded and those employees reprimanded. We would appreciate a response.
