I have been trying endlessly to ensure the contract I had with Mr P Moible is cancelled. They had only acknowledged a cancellation mail in November but I was in arears for the two months after my contract ended.
In March this year I paid them the arears whilst they were still debiting me, 3 months later they start debiting me again and this is their response;

Kindly note that you do not get billed for being on prepaid. You are no longer on a contract however i do see that payments were reversed on your account on the 1st of June which means you have an outstanding amount with us.
I will contact you shortly to assist further.

Desired outcome: Ensure that the contract is indeed cancelled and no further debits from my account. I had someone confirm that it was cancelled after I paid the arears but this is not the case?
