Went to check my bank account and noticed a charge from mp3panda.com I have never been on that site. Does anyone know if this is connected to pandora.com the pick your song radio selection?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have been buying from MP3PANDA for quite some years now, never had any problems with my credits or credit card.
The only thing that could be improved is selection of new releases.
Otherwise I can recommend MP3Panda
I purchased a package of $29.95 back in 2010, which doubled to $59.90 for being a first-time customer, and I still have a $3.00 balance, after having downloaded more than 300 pieces. As for me, mp3panda is fully reliable.
I've used them since 2007, off and on. I haven't purchased music since summer of 2012, and when I went on my account today, I still had my balance of $8.40.
I purchased a music package.
The website let me buy music during my login.
I logged out and came back a few days later.
When I logged in, my balance was at $0.00!
I've sent multiple messages to mp3panda.com and haven't heard anything from them!
I'm glad I bought the cheapest package they offer. I'm calling my credit card company and reporting this company as fraud and contacting fraud.org to report this website to the federal authorities.

Mp3 panda worked fine until I tried to use it on my phone(DROIDBIONIC) I was unable to log in.
I have had the same issue. I even have emails from them showing the amount paid. Now I cannot login and have not been able to reach them about my account. FRAUD!
after having an account for about 6 months I now do not have a balance of about $69 and unable to log in. the site does not appear to be MP3 Panda but 502 bad gateway and not recognising my log in details - duped again! and nothing I can do about it
I have also had problems with this site.
I joined yesterday opened a account and added $29.95 to my balance. I downloaded a couple of albums and logged out. When returned and tried to log on there was no record of me on the site and I kept getting the same message Sorry, the E-mail address/password combination you've entered is invalid. I have had no reply from the support team and the 29.95 been taken from my account.
