Moving Solutions review: Pricing practices

On march 28, 2026 moving solutions moved me from virginia to georgia. Upon signing the contract for their services, I had given the intake person a detail itemized list of every item in every room. I was then given a price based upon 800 square ft. A week prior to the move I was contacted by someone in their quality department, asking for measurements of the furniture. I informed her that I was not at home and I will video record every room every item when I get home and send it to her. After receiving the videos we spoke on the phone and based upon her 24 years of experience she said I needed to purchase 200 more square feet of space which I did. On moving day the movers loaded the truck, partially and then informed me that they have loaded up to the space I paid for. I was then charged for additional space in order for most of the stuff to be moved. Still leaving items behind. I feel I was legally scammed out of extra money because of their fraudulent business practices
