Movavi Software review: Worse costumer care when you need them

I started working on an important video demo, using both the screen recorder and video editor. The screen recorder's colors were off, ad costumer care never replied - only sent an auto reply. Then, a day before the deadline, the video editor crashed and I could not launch it again. I removed and reinstalled it, but nothing helped. All the media files I worked on are lost because they only work with Movavi. I need to start all over again and I don't think I will make it in time! Stay away from this app!
