Mott and Bow - Mott & Bow’s products - jeans/pants are very different sizing from one item to another. They make you pay return costs and don’t always fully refund.
The service department is outsourced and while pleasant are powerless to influence this company.
After receiving times over time that were clearly different sizes I complained to Mott & Bow - the process took so long that when I returned the items, some apparently fell outside their allowable return time frame (even though I have an email telling me to return them all).

Desired outcome: Correct refund for which I am $250 out of pocket.
