Absolutely the most frustrating experience ever trying to ship something.

Wanted to ship a motorcycle out for a trip back from AZ to FL. Started the process with Montway three months before as to allow enough time to make sure everything would go smooth. I needed the bike to be in Pheonix when I arrived by plane. We planned for the bike to arive a week early in case of any

problems. I even inquired about paying for storage fees if it arived to early.

"No problem" I was told. I booked the airline and started the shipping process. I was told to deliver the bike to Jacksonville (12 hour round trip for me) between Oct 5 and 12th. Great, I said I would have it there on the 5th as to make sure the bike had plenty of time to make the shipment. On the 5th when I headed out I called the depot and left a message, no reply, Called again, no reply. Still no reply when I arived in Jax. No one at the address was aware of any trucking operations there. (It was a Diaper Factory) Came home. Started the process of obtaining another shipping company the next day when Montway contacted me to let me know they had worked it out. I cancelled the other trucking co. Montway said a truck would pick it up at my location the following week. Great! Is that going to be enough time to be delivered on time I asked, "No problem". (See the pattern). Long story short, the trucker contacted me and said he couldn't take delivery until the 18th. Montway insulted my intelligence by trying to get me to buy the fact that the bike could go from Pensacola Fl to Jacksonville - To Pheonix in less than two days. What a disappointment. I'm out the cost of the plane ticked and a great adventure. Do not be fooled by a slick Websight. Everyone there is trained to say the right things but where the rubber meets the road, well "No Problem" is what they would want you to believe. I now know better. I will post this on every bike forum I am a member of. I will comment on every motorcycle page I come across advertising there scam. I do not want to see any of my motorcycle friends have to go through "No Problems"
