MoneyMart review: Titanium mastercard

January 28th 2023.125.00 ish was direct deposited to a titanium mastercard account. After, that account was closed. Typically these institutions return the deposit to the sender. Titanium did not. It took me a full month to figure out how to retrieve my money. February 28th, I called waited a VERY long time to FINALLY get a reference number to the refund check, that was supposed to be mailed out. A week to 10 business days I was told.

That time has passed. I called again to check I was told that no check or refund was authorized. They cannot do anything, but start the process again. So as of today, the refund process had begun, and now it will take 21 to 40 days to get my refund. They have ONCE AGAIN stolen money from me. Not only this, but they were taking money AFTER my account was closed. Their 'app' never worked, they had my card compromised 4 times in the time I used them, twice the card was compromised BEGORE I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT IN THE MAIL.

Do not EVER use titanium mastercard, you cannot get ahold of ANY human in authority, you get southeast Asia, at home call people, with, yes, chickens and screaming children in the background. I have spoken to, Rowan, Nir, Myra, Jenetta, And each one has directly lied about the head office location and contact information. They are unscrupulous swindlers.

Don't ever ever use them.
