Momentum Insurance review: Refuse to pay leaking roof

A claim was registered with Momentum Insurance on 13th March 2021. Claim for leaking roof was refused by Momentum Insurance due to lack of roof maintenance they said, Claim CP221410. The Momentum Policy does not say anything about the roof that should be maintained, and I cannot get on a roof at my age. But if Momentum Insurance can tell me what should be maintained then I can certainly get people to come and do the necessary if it was a requirement in their policy, which it was not. What I am not happy about is, that they take your money and when the time come that they should pay for something, they will come up with all the excuses as to why they cannot pay.
