Mitchell's Plain review: Chicken, milk, cat meaty food

I've always been doing my grocery shopping at the food world in the towncentre Mitchell's Plain, and I have to say the experiences there are extremely bad. I'm talking about the product. I bought chicken braai packs in February 2023, got home and 2 of those braai packs was off (this is not the first time too) I wanted to buy kitten meaty food in last year May, and as I picked up the packet, it was torn and spilt all over me, but the worst part was that the food had gone rotten and it stank so bad I almost threw up. I had to ask staff at the bakery if I could please wash up at their basin at the back. Ofcourse immediately the manager was there calling floor staff to clean up the aisle because the whole aisle reeked of rotten cat food, but nobody bothered to apologize to me. First week of March 2023 I bought 6 litre boxed milk (rite brand) as I usually do, 3 of those milks were sour. There are so much more incidents, but these are the most recent ones. I hate having to waste my time, everytime going back to complain over stuff that should have been sorted out. I don't even go into the store to ask for replacements or money back anymore, I wrap it up and in the bin, and this is my money being wasted. I've honestly just about had enough now, absolutely nothing gets done about it. Somebody should call in the health inspectors, because shopping there is degrading to the community. Something needs to be done asap, if not, Il have to go higher. I am disgusted, and disappointed of how our stores need to look.
