On July 30, 2022 I ordered 2 items: 1) Strapless Body Shaper U Plunge for Low Back dresses × 1 Black/ M; and 2)Strapless Push Up Bra with front closure × 1
Beige / C / 34(75). I wanted the bras prior to 8/12/22, to wear on that day for my anniversary. The bras didn't come in; I didn't received any email update as promised. The link to check the progress took me to a page that showed the order confirmed as received with no other progress. After checking that link several more times, on August 18, 2022, I tried calling the numbers provided on the website, they were both out of service. I then sent an email canceling my order. Surprisingly, that same evening, the package was left on my door step--soft grey envelope partially opened containing item 1 as listed above. The quality is poor. I sent another email requesting cancelation and a full refund of $47.95 with a prepaid return label. SF6042333735256. Of course, I responded that I got item 1 on August 18, 2022 and never received item 2 and that I didn't receive my order on the day the order was placed. I've received no additional action/communication regarding my full refund nor any link for a return label. I believe this company has dealt in bad faith, has tried to defraud me of my money with false claims of a delivery of my merchandise that was not made. I want a full refund of $47.95
