Hello everybody,
I am Sandra. I am working in Mipcodes Technologies, Trichy. I want to inform something about Mipcodes Technologies. I request the girls to don’t join in this call centre. It is not the good place for girls. I worked in mipcodes Technologies for 1 year. They will not give proper salary. For the past 6 months I am facing lot of sexual harassments. If there is no performance from you, you will be harassed by the MD. For the six months, I was used four times by the Manager at the shift ends. The system administrator called me to his home for his desire. I refused to go. So the administrator reduced my salary because of performance. Because of my family situation, I have gone to system administrator home for a night. Now I was completed addicted to sex. Now I am in a very bad situation and I had a very bad name in the office. I don’t want to live in this world. So I request the girls not to join mipcodes Technologies.

I am david. I worked in mipcodes Technologies for 1 year. I am not getting proper salary from this company. They are recruiting new employees, gave salary to 2 to 3 months. At the fourth month, everyone is sent out from the company without giving salary. The company don’t have even bathroom for the employees. They didn’t give my last 1 month salary. I was sent out from the company. I request everyone to not join in mipcodes. Anyone please help me how to give my 1 month salary.
