We booked and paid for this hotel

6 months ago #[protected]. The hotel said they had no reservation for us and we’re overbooked. It was 9 PM at night.

We tried to resolve this with Priceline until 12:30 AM. at that point we were asked to leave the hotel with no room or reservation.

We were on the streets of London after midnight with no help from you.

Desired outcome: Full refund and pay for the additional hotels and taxis at midnight About $1500
