On 6-10-22 I needed a locksmith after leaving my keys on my passenger seat. I went on the internet and the only one I found was Mike's Locksmith Glen Carbon, IL. I called and was advised a technician would call me in about 15 minutes. If I didn't get a call, to call him back. I did receive a call from a technician advising me he would be at my apt around 10:00 A.M. He called me later to "state he would be delayed because of another job, but would be here by 11:00 A.M., another call, another call. Finally, he calls and he is here. I went out but no locksmith. He called again and I said he wasn't anywhere in sight. He was aggravated and relayed he was at #9 Cherrywood. I repeated my address a 3rd time and told him I was from Nashville. He was going to continue, but if he couldn't find my apt., he was going to forget it. I went out and practically started doing jump jacks flagging him down and I am 77 disabled. He spent 7 to 10 minutes and it cost me $300 plus $30 fee. I told him I didn't have money like that, but he agreed to take a check. My check was on a Bank in Crossville, TN. I made the check our to Red Light. His name Patrick [protected] Locksmith Services. I was in shock and still am. I am a widow and disabled at that. I thought it was outrageous, but I had no choice. He did open the driver's seat.

Country of complaint: United States

Desired outcome: AT LEAST SOME OF MY MONEY BACK. I WAS TOLD IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $50 TO $100; $150 THE MOST.
