My wife and three grandchildren where shopping in the Raleigh store on Capital Blvd. While there they had 3 incidents happen to them. 1)Employee was asked where an item was. Employee rolled eyes then said it over there. 2)My wife and grand kids heard an employee say how dare she come in here with 3 kid and no mash or gloves. 3)then an employee told the employee my wife was asking where items were that she did not have to help my wife and grand kids. My wife left embarrassed to be treated that way. She has been shopping in that store for years. They came home. I went back to the store to fill a complaint. I asked for the top manager. They called Cynthia Nae. I started telling her what happened. I have a load voice and I was mad my family was treated this way. She stops me and goes to another manager who apparently was her boss. This woman never gave me her name. She said her employees would not say anything like that to a customer. She asked if we had names of the involved. I told her no, my wife just wanted to get out of the store after being treated that way. She then said that maybe it was other customers that made the comments. My wife was looking at the employee and heard what was said. I said I would be filing a complaint, the supervisor said fine. As I was leaving the cashier said to me (You don't have to come back in this store) I said (you need to keep your mouth shut, you are not involved in this). We were not within 30 feet of him doing this. I went back in to the same manager I spoke with to get the cashier name (Ahassin? Thomas. I told her what he said to me as I walked out. She basically call me a liar and said he would not say something like that. She then said I would have to leave. That it is a family store. I told her it wasn't much of a family store to my family. I started leaving the store with her nipping on my heel. Half way to the door she says I will call the police if you do not leave. I assume she wanted to get that statement in to intimidate me. I continued out the door. I have lived in North Raleigh my whole life, 63 years and I and my family have NEVER been treated like dirt before
I would like a response
