I ordered a jacket for my sons prom in April with a promise to ship by 14 working days. I sent an email to Samanthamo with my concern that I hadn't received a tracking number yet and she apologized. She later explained that production was delayed and she could offer a refund. When i asked for a refund of $100 she said that she could only refund the shipping cost. A whole 2 weeks later I received the item, minus the garment bag AND it has dirt on the item. michaeljacksoncelebrityclothing.com is not reliable. I only had a week to finish assembling my sons outfit before the prom and get the jacket cleaned. Nor have I received the small refund. The work on the jacket was good but to have to get it cleaned, wait for delivery, receive with missing garment bag; it was not worth it.

I placed an order with celebrity clothing and am regretting my decision to do so. When I placed the order I was promised delivery in 2 weeks. I also paid USD 60 for DHL services.

As time passed, I started getting worried about my order and wrote to Katherine. She sent me a tracking number of some local courier in Pakistan. I was suprized why my order was in Pakistan? I thought that they would make it in the US and send it across using DHL. If I paid USD 60 for DHL then why was my order being sent by a local courier?

This is not the end of the story. They delivered the order somewhere in Pakistan and after that didn't even give me a tracking number to track my order. I tried calling the number given at celebrity clothing's website but as I suspected, that number does not function. There is no way to contact them. No one is replying to my emails and I still have no idea where my order is. Really very disappointed with their service.

If any of you have had similar experiences, please let me know. We should make other people aware of this and also report this to the concerned authorities asap.

We would like to thank Thabet for clearing this misunderstanding up, the outfit ordered was a custom made fully hand sewn sequined costume, we had never made this design before and was working from photos provided by Thabet, yes this took longer than expected as the design did not come out correct first time and hand sequined clothing can not be altered without removing all the sequins,

The costume turned out superb and Thabet is more than happy with the outcome, we issued a full refund also due to the costume taking longer than expected, this as explained by Thabet in his report went to his old PayPal address (this is what caused the original misunderstanding as Thabet thought he was being ignored), Thabet has been a good and valued customer for over a year and a half now,
