Mi / Homes review: Down payment refund

We put a down payment in late april 2022 and the spec home was supposed to be completed in late july walk thru aug4th our loan fell thru fha loan so we could not get financed we put $25,000,00 down and thats a lot of money to loose we have made numerous calls to corporate no response from them they refuse to call us back we need our deposit money back I have no house and no money! I thinks its wrong for them to keep our hard working earned money we need our money back!
