Used 2023 contract $55k equity from same resort and $12k on credit card as down payment for upgraded 2024 contract. We rescinded within 5 days. They said they will only give us $12k down back. They say we gave away our 2023 contract when we upgraded. We lose 400,000 points, $55,000, son’s honeymoon and our entire membership! What Mexican law say?

Desired outcome: Our 2023 contract back. Or full return of all our equity payments and all contracts terminated. I can give more info, but my plane is starting to board.
