Metrominers / NDAX review: Bitcoin investing

I invested a total of $13000 with Metrominers for the purchase of Bitcoin.

When I wanted to make a withdrawal, they told me I would have to send an additional $1000 to cover related fees.

Since that time I have been given one excuse after another as to why no withdrawals can be made.

The money was supposedly invested with NDAX who in turn have frozen my account.

I am unable to get my account unfrozen, and neither company is giving me sufficient information so as to be able to end this impasse.
